Rotating Equipment Engineer
Location - Paris, France.
Project - FPSO
I am searching for a Rotating Equipment Engineer for my clients FPSO project. Previous FPSO experience is required. This is not a rotational position, and the successful candidate will be stationed in Paris full time on a standard 5-day workweek.
The client will provide a living allowance, accommodation, insurances and 5 annual flight tickets home.
All candidates must have an EU passport.

Our client, a major operator in the O&G sector, is looking for a Head, Project Engineering to join them on a permanent basis at their HQ in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage diverse capital projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Act as the single point of responsibility for projects within the section, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop effective tendering and contracting strategies and manage contractor relationships.
- Oversee project controls related to scope, schedule, budget, and resources, providing proactive solutions to challenges.
- Ensure effective risk management across all project phases, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and guide project engineers, fostering their development within the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).

- Experience working in projects with strict regulatory compliance.

I am searching for a Head of Construction (Decommissioning). The role primarily focuses on the decommissioning, dismantling, and abandonment of offshore oil and gas facilities, including structures such as jackets, topsides, subsea pipelines, power cables, and umbilicals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years overall experience in construction engineering with at least 8 years in offshore Oil & Gas environment such as decommissioning and abandonment of Offshore Oil & Gas facilities
- Proven track record in managing large-scale decommissioning projects, including experience with offshore jackets, topsides, subsea pipelines and umbilicals
- Hands-on experience with offshore operations and decommissioning processes, including rigging, lifting and removal of heavy structures
- Must have robust experience in FEED and EPRD projects with strong capability to review/approve contractor deliverables.

About the Role
My client are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our energy sector operations team. This role will focus on achieving HSEQ excellence and compliance with all relevant legislation while fostering a positive culture where safety and environmental responsibility are integral to everyone's actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HSE advice and guidance to operational teams regarding safety, health, and environmental legislation
-Support the development and execution of HSE strategy and improvement initiatives
- Lead HSEQ improvement projects, including annual HSE plan development and Emergency Response Programme management
- Contribute to company HSE, Quality, and ESG policies development
- Conduct site/offshore inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage Safety Case reviews and updates between asset and onshore teams
- Support ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 accreditations
- Lead incident investigations and implement preventive measures
- Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs and awareness campaigns
- Provide HSEQ expertise for tenders and business development activities
- Generate and present HSEQ reports to leadership teams
Required Qualifications
* HND or higher in Engineering, Business, Health and Safety, or Environmental discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
* NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma
* Valid OGUK Medical, MIST, and BOSIET certifications
* Comprehensive knowledge of UK HSE regulatory framework
* Understanding of ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 requirements
* Environmental qualification (preferred)
