Due to the growth of my clients project portfolio, they are looking to add an Engineering Director/Senior Manager to support across a variety of projects. Considering the depth of their portfolio, they are open to discussing with candidates from both an offshore and onshore project background.
This position is responsible for all engineering disciplines, providing technical design and engineering services throughout all stages of project development whilst acting as the Technical Authority for all discipline engineers in their group. As much as the role requires a very high level of technical capability, strong man management and people leadership skills are crucial given the diverse demographics within the team.

The project is sanctioned and entering EPC phase and is expected to take at least five years to execute. The project involves multiple stages, broken down into various packages covering fixed bridge linked platforms with topsides weighing circa 40,000 MT and jackets circa 15,000 MT. Key Responsibilities
Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Deliver Instrumentation & Control engineering activities across all project phases, including concept definition, studies, FEED, detailed design, construction, and commissioning.
