We're looking for:
12+ years' experience in project engineering & project management
Strong background in power generation and/or desalination projects
Experience delivering IWPP or similar utility infrastructure projects
Client/owner-side project management experience preferred
Expertise across the full project lifecycle—from feasibility through to commissioning and handover
Strong knowledge of contracts, risk management, tendering and multidisciplinary project delivery
Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical or Process)
Renewable energy experience, Primavera P6 and SAP-PS knowledge would all be advantageous.

As a Materials Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of plant equipment, materials and spare parts throughout the procurement and maintenance lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out technical evaluations of vendor bids for plant equipment, spares and material supply contracts
Reviewing supplier drawings, documentation and technical submissions to ensure compliance with engineering specifications
Assessing alternative technical proposals for integrity, engineering and operational suitability
Approving post-order manufacturing drawings and documentation
Leading the re-engineering of obsolete equipment and materials by recommending improved technologies and modern engineering solutions
Identifying opportunities to improve specifications, engineering standards and equipment reliability

We're looking for someone with:
Degree qualification in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years' experience within supply chain, maintenance or engineering environments, ideally in the Oil & Gas industry
At least 5 years in a supervisory or technical leadership role
Strong experience in engineering design, equipment specification and technical evaluation
Extensive knowledge of international engineering standards including API, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, ISA, IEEE, IEC, NEMA, NFPA, ATEX, BASEEFA, TEMA, BS and associated industry codes
Experience working with company engineering specifications, statutory regulations and industry standards
Previous exposure to reviewing and approving procurement and construction drawings including equipment, piping, P&IDs and plot plans
Experience developing material requisitions, equipment descriptions and supporting materials cataloguing, standardisation and variety reduction initiatives
Strong understanding of maintenance and procurement processes for industrial plant equipment
Knowledge of ERP systems together with strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities
A proactive mindset with the ability to solve technical problems, work independently and deliver to demanding schedule

Report to Jacket Engineering Coordinator, the Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment used in oil and gas facilities. This includes ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with regulatory and company standards across all project phases from design and construction to commissioning and operations, candidate responsibilities.
Design & Engineering:
- Review and consent to the design electrical power distribution systems (LV, MV, HV) for oil and gas installations.
- Review the developed single - line diagrams (SLDs), load lists, cable schedules, grounding, and lighting layouts.
- Review and approve the selected electrical equipment including transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, batteries, and motors.
- Perform electrical system studies (load flow, short circuit, arc flash, protection coordination).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE, API, NEMA, ATEX).
- Review and approve vendor documents and technical specifications.
- Prepare Material Requisitions (MRs), Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs), and equipment datasheets.
- Interface with other engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design integration.

- Familiarity with hazardous area classification and equipment selection.

Job Role: Marine Logistics Coordinator
Location: Qatar
Role Overview:
To coordinate and execute offshore and subsea logistics planning, control and management related to logistics, marine inspection, mobilization, and installation activities for various offshore projects. To act as a focal point for interface between various project working groups, within departments, with external stake holders, other project groups, JV entities and organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides technical evaluation of the marine vessels to ensure that the proposed marine spread is in accordance with requirements and intended scope.
- Coordinates with the project’s offshore installation for the necessary inspections and ensure readiness for timely mobilisation according to the project execution plan.
- Supports Head of Commissioning, Head of Construction and Project Team in providing technical evaluation for the proposed offshore marine support vessels during bidding stage.
- Organise and manage project logistics back charges and coordinate with the project manager, the cost department, and the contract department to facilitate the closures of the process.
- Coordinate with Marine, HSE and PTS teams from initial approval, inspection of proposed marine spread to ensure that the proposed marine spread is complying to standards, specifications and marine regulations.
- Follow up with for timely close out of initial inspection punch items and coordinate with Marine & Safety to initial close of punch items.
- Organise final/follow-up inspection to ensure that all identified punch items are closed to the satisfaction of Marine & Safety prior to mobilizing infield.
- Ensure that the Project Manager, Head of Projects, Head of Construction, Head of Commissioning and Senior Project Engineers are fully informed on all execution related issues and provide recommendation for resolutions.
- To act as the main focal point for all offshore execution related communications to ensure that clear directives and responsibilities are identified and integrated into offshore activities of respective project technical and construction teams.
- Participate in review of project scope of works related to offshore logistics activities and provide inputs during FEED and Bid evaluation stage.
- Coordinate offshore survey and related activities and access marine requirements.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience in offshore capital projects logistics management and coordination.
