▫️ Bachelor’s in an Engineering Discipline, Business Administration or equivalent.
▫️ 8+ years total experience, with 3–4 years in contract administration, resource management, and planning within energy sectors.
▫️ HR support, including resolving issues and managing office logistics.
▫️ Analyzing project plans to optimize resource utilization and manpower allocation.
▫️ Tendering: sourcing, contractor prequalification, and bid evaluation (technical/commercial).
