This is a high-impact role aligning production, storage, shipping, and sales activities to meet business objectives and contractual obligations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and update annual and monthly LNG volume forecasts for assigned ventures.
- Develop LNG Annual Delivery Programme (ADP) scenarios and support contract negotiations.
- Maintain 90-day schedules to ensure compliance with LNG sales agreements and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production and asset teams to achieve year-end targets.
- Provide commercial input into agreements, procedures, and operational plans.
What's Required?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Economics.

This is a key appointment within the finance function, responsible for the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and tax declarations for a portfolio of privatized entities. The successful candidate will play a central role in the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with international accounting standards and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare stand-alone and consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Deliver accurate monthly income statements for internal review and management decision-making
- Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, board audit committees, and tax authorities during audit cycles
- Lead preparation of annual tax declarations and ensure full compliance with statutory responsibilities
- Develop 5-year consolidated cash flow forecasts to support dividend planning and strategic investment decisions
- Provide accounting and tax-related advice across the group’s subsidiaries and affiliates
- Prepare quarterly SAP-based consolidated reporting and enhance internal financial control processes
- Contribute to policy and procedure development in relation to financial reporting and governance
Candidate Profile
- Degree-qualified in Accounting or Finance
- Recognised professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a similar senior reporting role
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS, tax compliance, internal financial controls, and SAP
- Advanced Excel user with solid presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

I am currently supporting a major offshore project in the Mediterranean Sea, with both offshore and onshore elements as well as Carbon Capture modifications. The project is moving into EPC phase, with an expected project life cycle of at least 5 years.
I have requirements for Production Engineers and Coordinators to support the project in Milan acting as a PMC.
The roles will be responsible to oversee the interfaces between the engineering contractor and the drilling/reservoir departments to make sure engineering is suitable for tie in.
Candidates require a Bachelors Degree in a suitable topic such as Reservoir/Drilling Engineer or Geoscience as well as a minimum of five years post qualification experience.

Due to continued project expansion, we are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Commissioning Engineer to join their offshore projects team.
A well-rounded background is essential — you will have solid commissioning experience, and ideally, exposure to decommissioning processes to support the full asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee commissioning activities across offshore projects, acting as the main interface between internal teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved scopes, engineering designs, HSE standards, and quality specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to commissioning teams and contractors to drive project completion on schedule.
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and technical challenges, proposing effective solutions.
- Represent the company at contractor offices, fabrication yards, offshore installations, and hook-up locations to monitor progress and quality.
- Support decommissioning phases as projects reach end-of-life, ensuring safe and compliant execution.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, with substantial hands-on experience.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in design, commissioning, start-up, and ideally decommissioning of offshore oil & gas processing facilities.
