Due to continued expansion, an M&E Draughtsperson is now required to join the busy team; working with the support of the Engineering Manager.
- Creating and developing technical drawings using AutoCAD and (where there is experience) Revit
- Surveying various project premises and producing high-quality working drawings for installation.
- Coordinating the various MEP services, clash detection.
- Creating material and equipment schedules.
- Controlling documents including drawing registers, submittals and filing.
- Revising and updating drawings as required to meet specifications and standards.
- Performing material take-offs to support project planning and procurement.
- Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure project accuracy.
- Have previous experience within the building services sector
- Have excellent AutoCAD and Revit software skills

Due to ongoing project awards, a Lead Tradesman is required to supervise a team of Mechanical Fitters, primarily in Malta but also with regular rotation to France.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Operations Manager to identify the best technical solution for clients
- Supervise the team of mechanical fitters whilst recording project hours against specific project
- Assist with material take-offs, requisitions and basic planning schedules
- Support with team performance reviews
- Undertake project planning to ensure personnel, materials, facilities, tooling etc are utilised efficiently
