CHIEF ENGINEER – LNG CARRIER

Vessel Type: LNG Carrier – Motor

I am currently seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join a leading international marine energy company’s LNG fleet.

This is a specialist opportunity for an experienced marine engineer with a strong background in LNG motor vessels and DFDE propulsion.

Key Requirements:
Previous experience sailing as Chief Engineer on LNG Carrier vessels
Strong DFDE / dual-fuel propulsion experience
Experience with WinGD WICE-XDFK-Chief training/experience
Valid Chief Engineer certification appropriate to the vessel
Valid US Visa – essential
Must be currently ashore and available for interview – candidates currently onboard will not be considered
Ability to provide a clear readiness/availability date

Additional Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to complete pre-screening and final interviews.
A Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) and relevant background information will be required prior to offer.
The joining date is currently targeted for October 2026, subject to operational requirements and vessel scheduling.
