The finance department within our client’s office near Mosta is growing. A Payroll Executive is now required to join the busy team:
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the company time and attendance procedure.
- Compiling and formalizing timesheets based on punch clock information.
- Chasing for any missing information and questioning managers regarding absences.
- Reporting anomalies in the time keeping systems.
- Obtaining approvals for timesheets.
- Running the whole payroll process (handling punch clock and timesheets, updating payroll system and FSS declarations)
- Managing employee sickness and vacation leave balances.
- Other duties normally performed within the finance function.
- Have a minimum of A Level in Accounts
- Possess experience carrying out payroll processes of a medium to large sized organisation

Due to ongoing project awards, a Land Surveyor with excellent CAD skills is required to join the busy team.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking site visits, surveying land / area and charting results with computer aided software.
- Designing, preparing, developing, updating and maintaining 2D and 3D sketches and drawings from architectural and engineering specifications.
- Establishing baselines and elevations to establish property lines, legal boundaries, building lines and levels of sites.
- Verifying the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations, conducted at survey sites and marking these accurately and visibly on site.
- Have relevant experience as a Land Surveyor and possess a related academic qualification
- Be proficient with CAD packages and Microsoft Office
- Be capable of working independently
- Have excellent written and spoken English language skills. Knowledge of Maltese and Italian would be beneficial but is not essential

Your new role:
- Set and execute asset & vessel management strategy to optimise utilisation, lifecycle and return on investment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing asset team, embedding continuous improvement and succession planning.
- Oversee full lifecycle activities: acquisition, operation, maintenance, dry-docking and disposal.
- Deliver safety, technical integrity and class compliance across the fleet.
- Manage OPEX/CAPEX planning and the annual asset budget; drive cost-efficient maintenance and vendor negotiations.
- Support commercial and delivery teams with asset readiness for tenders and project mobilisation.
Must-have experience & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or related discipline.
- 20+ years’ experience in offshore oil & gas / marine energy, with a minimum of 10 years in senior asset/vessel leadership.
- Direct, demonstrable experience with DP vessels — Heavy-lift and Pipe-lay DP vessels experience is essential.
- Strong track record in asset performance improvement, maintenance strategy, dry-dock planning and regulatory/class engagement.
- Proven financial acumen managing budgets, CAPEX programmes and cost recovery.

Due to continued expansion an Electrical Team Leader is now required to join the FM team. Reporting to the FM Manager, responsibilities will include:
- Creating daily schedules and repair service call outs, ensuring rapid response to breakdown calls
- Liaising with clients to efficiently resolve any ongoing issues
- Supervising and ensuring quality of subordinates’ work
- Preparing technical reports and issuing quotations to customers as required
- Assessing work methods to ensure minimum labour and material wastage; advise Facilities Management Manager of any suggested changes
- Training and supporting team members to ensure they have the required knowledge and skills to undertake their duties with sustained maximum efficiency
- Undertaking commissioning, maintenance and repair of any electrical equipment as required
