Job Description
Lead & Execute comprehensive studies, uphold basic integrity of RE roles including data & model QA/QC, carrying out integrated field production- pressure performance analysis and calibrate static dynamic model in building robust subsurface models and prediction to maximize hydrocarbon recovery. Also, quantifying the impact of static and dynamic parameter uncertainty on field recovery.
Lead & Execute consolidate Annual Review of Petroleum Resources (ARPR), Asset Management integrated Review (AMiR), and Work Program & Budget (WPB) to ensure maximum recovery and economic feasibility to deliver asset accounting and budgeting for submission to host authority/ the Client
Lead and Execute development of performance monitoring, analysis, reporting of Process Safety Management performance.
Lead and Execute the development and implementation of inter-functional intervention plan, addressing performance indicators, assurance gaps and incident lesson learnt.
Lead the endorsement of periodic Process Safety performance monitoring, analysis and reporting and implementation of the identified inter-functional intervention plan and manage the issuance of periodic Business and Assets Process Safety Management review reporting.
Lead and Execute the implementation and maintenance of Process & Technical Safety management system, standards and documents identified intervention plans and process.
Provide stewardship in the development and implementation of change management programs/efforts and create dynamics that generate a collective energy.

Ensure the correct operation of rig's mechanical equipment by following preventive maintenance system, performing routine inspections, monitoring spare parts and coordinating own crew to carry out activities complying to Quality and HSE procedures and practices
Tasks
Be safety minded during in all works and behaviours, use compulsory protective equipment and ensure the same for subordinates
Carry out own duties according to the Emergency Preparedness Action Plan
Ensure that before any maintenance activity is started, a proper risk evaluation is carried out, precautions are taken and the work permit is signed
Attend safety meetings and conduct special safety meetings with mechanic crew whenever necessary
Be well-informed about all relevant work and safety procedures issued by The Client and the Operator, applying them and promoting their implementation
Promptly report any safety hazard, accident, near-miss accident and non-conformance through proper channels
Be well-informed about environmental aspect on site, full knowledge of The Client environmental procedures, applying them and promoting their implementation

Instruct all personnel assigned to him of their duties and responsibilities and of any special safety and environmental precaution to be taken prior to start up any work
Check periodically the efficiency of the safety equipment and devices present on the rig site
Perform routine maintenance controls of the mechanical equipment and devices as per AMOS Work orders and provide for preventive, routine and non-routine, maintenance and repair of internal combustion engines, pumps, compressors and drilling related equipment of the rig in accordance with superior instructions
▪Fulfil reporting routines and ensure the same is fulfilled by subordinates
Be well-informed about all the classification society and authorities rules and regulation applicable to own area of responsibility
Ensure that the stock level of spare parts and consumables for the drilling equipment is kept at an appropriate level and in good condition by timely requesting the equipment whenever deemed necessary

To be considered, candidates must have the following:
- 15+ years of relevant working experience
- 3+ years of working experience in a similar role. (including lean methodologies)
- Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Working experience in Technical Integrity such as Inspection, Integrity, Maintenance and Reliability engineering background, or
- Working experience in Production Integrity such as operation readiness, alarm management, PTW, plant operation, process control.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering.
- Black belts lean six sigma or equivalent preferable.
- Certified auditor preferable
