- Keep all relevant parties engaged and coordinated to meet the standards required at all phases of the works and installation
- Coordinate the services of consultants and the works of the contractors and other project stakeholders with the aim of achieving the required results in terms of quality, time and cost.
- Organize and lead the necessary site meetings together with the project management team, or if not leading, ensure participation in all such coordination meetings with consultants and stakeholders;
- Anticipate client needs and propose appropriate solutions together
- Assist the project management team with developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Assist the Senior Project Manager by meeting and liaising with Client/s and Professional Teams to help determine Clients’ requirements, seeking to appeal to their scope, goals, objectives, vision and deliverables
- Assist in monitoring planning, scope, budgets and schedules, delivering services and project work within the stipulated deadlines and budgets, to the company’s standards and to contractual agreements, and in compliance with local, national and international health and safety and construction regulations and standards
- Inspect and deliver supervision services on project sites to ensure compliance with contract documents, professional and company standards, health and safety, and codes of practice while also preparing site progress reports as necessary
- Continually ensure that practices, policies, strategy and services represent the client’s and the company’s best interests
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Support the Senior Project Manager with the development of, and following up on QA/QC project plans and associated communications documents
- Ensure project Quality Assurance confirmed with feedback from clients by overseeing quality control throughout the lifecycle of projects, implementing the necessary rectifications when needed
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project management team and with other stakeholders when necessary
- Mitigate project risks and manage issues
- Compile status reports and assist with troubleshooting problem areas
- Keep minutes of all meetings held, distributing these in a timely manner and ensure that feedback to the minutes is sought in order to confirm what was discussed and agreed to during the same meeting
- Provide a direct link between the project (management and design) team and the client. Such management and design teams will include but will not be limited to architects, engineers, health and safety, interior designers, project managers, cost managers and all project sub-consultants
- Prepare recommendations and adjustments where deemed necessary, for Clients’ approval
- Together with the site team, ensure to maintain schedules, programme of works, procurement schedules, quality control documentation.

- HVAC System Installation & Maintenance:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration units, in commercial buildings (offices, hotels, etc.).
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including issues related to refrigerant, airflow, thermostats, and controls.
- Replace defective parts and components in HVAC systems, such as compressors, fans, motors, and pumps.
- Ensure HVAC systems comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and energy-efficiency standards.
- Plumbing Installation & Maintenance:
- Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, fixtures, and water heating systems, for commercial buildings.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, water pressure problems, and drainage issues.
- Perform backflow testing and ensure systems are compliant with plumbing codes and regulations.
- System Integration & Troubleshooting:
- Integrate HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure seamless operations in commercial building environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both HVAC and plumbing systems promptly, minimizing downtime and discomfort for building occupants.
- Collaborate with other contractors, such as electricians and construction teams, to ensure successful installations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including system installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Customer Service & Communication:
- Provide high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with building management and other team members regarding system status, maintenance needs, and repair requirements.
- Offer advice and recommendations to clients about energy efficiency and system upgrades.
- Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in HVAC and plumbing installations and maintenance.
- Experience working on commercial systems in office buildings, hotels, and similar environments.
- Proven experience troubleshooting HVAC and plumbing systems and performing repairs.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and plumbing systems.
- Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for HVAC and plumbing installations and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical schematics for HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency requirements).
