Our Client is a highly reputable building contractor focussed on quality, health & safety and sustainability.

Due to expansion, a Tower Crane Operator is now required to operate both fixed and mobile heavy equipment in construction sites throughout the island

Responsibilities in the role include:

• Ensuring equipment is functioning properly before operating
• Ensuring that load is attached safely
• Ensuring that the weight and lifting capacity are not exceeded
• Reporting any potential faults, damages and/or hazards
• Controlling the speed and movement of the load

Talent will:

• Demonstrate experience operating tower cranes using a remote control from the ground, not from the cabin.
• Have excellent planning, organising and communication skills
• Be safety conscious, creating a safe work environment
• Have a dedicated approach to team work, enhancing productivity
