“As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling project activities from inception to completion, whether performed by subcontractors or direct hiring. You will ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality policies, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide leadership to create an organisation ensuring work execution meets quality specifications

– Coordinate all activities from project award to handover to the client

– Plan, organise, and manage mobilisation/demobilisation of equipment, personnel, facilities, and tools

– Manage and organise project services (HSE, security, construction, logistics, QA/QC, technical office, etc.)

– Plan, organise, and manage operational activities, coordinating superintendents/supervisors

– Ensure time, cost, quality, and safety targets are met through effective team management

– Define resource needs (personnel, vehicles, materials) and logistical requirements with project management

– Monitor progress, identify issues, implement corrective actions to meet deadlines

– Coordinate testing activities, punch list completion, and handover to commissioning

Required Qualifications:

– 8+ years of experience as a Site Manager

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

– Multidisciplinary knowledge of construction standards, codes, and work sequences

– Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

– Strong commitment to HSE and quality control

– Proficiency in project management tools and software
