Our Client is an international consultancy undertaking design, cost and project management services and exceeding client expectations on every project.

Due to continued expansion, a Senior Cost Manager is required to act as key point of contact on commercial aspects of projects and provide excellent service to a range of clients throughout the world.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure effective communication with clients, consultants and contractors throughout projects

• Lead cost management on assigned projects

• Ensure quality and accurate estimates and cost plans are delivered timely

• Identify best value solutions for clients

• Produce pre and post contract reports

• Oversee production of BoQ’s

• Manage tender and procurement stages

• Manage post contract cost variances

• Negotiate with contractors and agree final accounts

Talent will:

• Be qualified Quantity Surveying / Construction professionals with a wealth of experience within the construction sector

• Preferably hold MRICS status

• Demonstrate experience on a range of projects

• Possess a driving license and own vehicle

• Proven capability with cost and estimating software such as CostX

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
