Ably Resources is supporting a leading offshore organisation in the search for an experienced Vessel Field Engineers to join their global project team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an offshore engineering professional who enjoys being at the heart of complex marine construction and installation projects, working closely with vessel management, project teams and clients to ensure safe, efficient and successful offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide on-site engineering support during offshore construction and installation activities
• Monitor project execution, ensuring operations are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with approved procedures
• Support installation engineering, lift plans, construction methodologies and technical reviews
• Act as the technical interface between offshore construction, marine personnel and project teams
• Monitor project progress and provide reporting against schedules and operational objectives
• Support mobilisation, demobilisation and offshore project execution activities
• Participate in HAZIDs, HIRAs, toolbox talks and operational briefings
• Contribute to lessons learned, project reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
• Strong offshore construction and installation experience
• Previous experience supporting subsea, marine construction or offshore engineering projects
• Ability to work closely with vessel crews, project teams and client representatives
• Experience monitoring project performance, schedules and operational activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
