We are supporting a leading offshore energy organisation in Malaysia who are looking to appoint an experienced Subcontract Manager to support major offshore and FPSO-related projects across the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontracting activities across complex offshore project scopes, ensuring commercial, contractual, and operational delivery in line with project requirements.

Key requirements:
– Strong experience in subcontract management within the oil & gas or offshore energy sector
– Previous FPSO, offshore EPC/EPCI, or marine project experience is highly preferred
– Proven experience managing subcontractors across engineering, fabrication, construction, or offshore installation scopes
– Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, negotiations, risk management, and supplier performance
– Ability to work closely with procurement, project controls, legal, and operational teams
– Previous APAC or Malaysia project exposure would be advantageous
