Our Client his an established Property Developer undertaking a highly prestigious construction project which includes a 5* hotel, residential towers, commercial and retail spaces. A Project Manager with experience managing large mixed use construction projects is required to coordinate a diverse team of professionals; manager relationships with all stakeholders; and ensure delivery of project within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all phases of the project from design to completion

• Develop full project plan including allocation of resources; budget management etc

• Manage the senior team and all contractors ensuring contractual obligations are adhered to

• Meticulously oversee the project budget

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standard, addressing issues as they arise

• Ensure regular communication with all stakeholders and ensure any concerns are addressed promptly

• Manage any risks that could impact project in terms of budget, timeline or quality

• Oversee procurement ensuring relationships with vendors and suppliers are maintained and materials and equipment available timely

• Uphold highest quality of standard and ensure best practice

• Progress reporting to senior management

Talent will:

• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Construction related discipline

• Demonstrate at least 10 years’ experience managing large scale projects to successful delivery

• Possess strong experience in financial forecasting and cost management

• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Possess familiarity with BIM
