Join our team as a Project Manager for an exciting Offshore Energy Project. Your role involves overseeing different project phases, ensuring they stay within budget, schedule, and quality standards. You’ll collaborate with various teams, manage contracts, and play a crucial role in delivering this significant project.

This role will be looking after the construction and installation of Topsides and Jackets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the project’s execution phases, making sure everything aligns with the project plan.

Assist as a representative for our company in contract-related matters.

Develop strategies for project execution and review execution plans.

Monitor schedules, taking action to meet project milestones.

Manage contracts and resolve any contract-related issues.

Identify and address project risks, implementing mitigation plans.

Coordinate with various departments, government agencies, and third parties.

Oversee compliance with safety and quality standards.

Participate in budget planning, review project budgets, and monitor their performance.

Review project reports and provide input to improve processes.

Assign tasks to team members, support their performance, and guide them.

Supervise the tendering process and contract awarding.

Contribute to the training and development of department employees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.

Minimum 15 years of relevant project experience.

At least 10 years of experience in project management in the offshore oil & gas industry.

Previous involvement in managing EPIC contracts for offshore projects.

Familiarity with tendering processes.

Strong communication, report writing, and meeting management skills.

Good understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements in project execution.

Familiarity with engineering standards, codes, and international standards.
