Our client, an established mid-sized firm with an excellent reputation in the litigation sector, is looking to appoint a solicitor to their team. The role will involve a broad mix of civil litigation, mainly contract disputes, property disputes and debt recovery, as well as some criminal litigation dealing with motor offences on behalf of a large insurer client. The successful applicant can expect plenty of appearance work across a variety of courts. Applicants must have a litigation background, will ideally be around 5-8 years post qualified although there is flexibility around this, and be looking to develop their career and take on more responsibility.
