Are you an experienced Land Surveyor keen to progress your career with a major employer in Malta?

Due to continued expansion, a vacancy has become available for an individual with the aptitude and skillset to work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Surveying existing building structures

• Surveying land features of terrain which will include extremes of boundaries and existing ground levels

• Setting out proposed civil engineering structures

• Setting out methods for proposed structures involving holding down bolts

• Conducting different types of land survey for tunnelling, marine, high rising towers, division of plots and archaeological features

• Calculating areas and volumes from surveyed and excavated land

• Setting corners, thicknesses of walls, door openings and directions of walls like in apartments and hotel rooms.

• Setting out stairs (straight, curved, spiral) and garage ramps

• Liaising with Public Authority surveyor regarding alignment setting out and ensuring adherence with official markings

• Liaising with Site Foreman on set out marks and levels

Applicants will:

• Demonstrate knowledge of Land Surveying techniques, principles, tools, and instruments together with knowledge of relevant legislations

• Possess knowledge of Infinity Surveying Software together with AutoCAD.

• Be an excellent communicator working with a respectful attitude to all team members

• Be keen to take advantage of continued professional development and training

• Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
