◽ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
◽ Professional certification in compensation desirable.
◽ At least 8 years of experience in HR, of which, at least 5 years in compensation and base pay management.
◽ Excellent knowledge of compensation, benefit practices and regulations within Energy sector.
