Our client, a leading global EPC organisation is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for a large-scale energy development.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead all Pre-Comm, Comm and Start-Up activities.
– Ensure strict HSE compliance and support safety reviews/walkdowns.
– Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage progress reporting.
– Support operational readiness, handover and plant start-up.
– Oversee vendor mobilisation, technical support and subcontractor performance.
– Monitor budget, schedule and commissioning milestones.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in commissioning leadership on major EPC/EPCI projects.
– Strong understanding of commissioning procedures, operations and maintenance.
– Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
– Knowledge of international standards and safety systems.
