Our client, an established mid-sized firm with an excellent reputation in the litigation sector, is looking to appoint a solicitor to their team. The role will focus on clinical negligence and as such applicants must have experience of dealing with clinical negligence cases and be keen to further hone their specialism in this area of law. You can expect to deal with a diverse caseload within the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. Applicants will ideally have a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience as the firm is looking to appoint at the associate or senior associate level with a view to the successful applicant taking on more responsibility over time.
