Our Client is a reputable building contractor undertaking the construction of a high profile hotel in Agios Nikolaos with further projects pending.

An experienced Civil Engineer is now required to oversee the last 12 months of the project before moving on to additional projects on the island.

Talent will:

• Possess a Degree in relevant sector (Architecture, Civil Engineering etc)

• Demonstrate approximately 15years+ post qualification experience which should include the supervision of complex hotel projects

• Demonstrate the ability to supervise construction works whilst also monitoring project cost and revenues

• Measure construction project’s progress for the preparation of the relevant payment certifications to the client.

• Have excellent computer skills; proficiency in Autocad; with MS Project experience desirable but not essential

• Speak English at a technical level; and preferably be fluent in Greek

• Have experience in project costing and measurement
