Our Client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy undertaking design, cost and project management for projects locally and internationally.

Due to continued expansion, a Business Development Executive is now required to work with the BD Manager to ensure effective communication with new and existing clients.

This role would potentially suit an individual with a technical background (engineering or architecture) who is keen to explore their potential within marketing and business development.

Responsibilities will include a mix of administrative, marketing and commercial functions as follows:

• Assist with client enquiries, ensuring response is timely and professional

• Assist with fee proposals and following up with client where necessary

• Provide business development support and manage client accounts

• Develop presentations and deliver to clients when required

• Assist in organising marketing projects

• Support in person or digital promotional and marketing campaigns

• Prepare and coordinate marketing literature

• Prepare and post online content to social media and website

• Ensure functionality by undertaking administrative tasks related to the department

Talent will:

• Hold a Bachelor Degree in marketing or similar, or industry related Degree in Architecture or similar

• Possess technical and commercial acumen with knowledge of real estate or construction

Have a valid driving license and own vehicle

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Be meticulous with an eye for detail

• Have a positive approach to working collaboratively
