Site Foreman

Our Client is a highly reputable finishings contractor also expanding their projects into full civils works.

Due to continued expansion of the team, a Site Foreman / Site Supervisor is required to support the operations team to ensure successfully delivery of fit-out and finishing projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising assigned projects ensuring they meet deadlines
• Reviewing project process, implementing agreed strategies to ensure progress of works without compromising safety or quality
• Work with quantity surveyors to ensure costs are monitored
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, other contractors and internal team members
• Lead the site team on a day to date basis
• Ensure health & safety is adhered to on site
• Monitor team performance raising any training concerns as necessary
• Monitor quality of works

Talent will:

• Have previously held a Foreman or Supervisor role on finishing projects, preferably in Malta or other areas of Europe
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Possess a current driving license
• Be self motivated with excellent organisation capabilities
• Have the ability to understand project designs, plans, bills of quantities and specifications
