Our client is a well known provider of building services equipment and solutions; supporting organisations throughout Malta.  A Sales Executive is now required to drive sales across the company’s full range of products and services, with a particular focus on Air Conditioning and Alternative Energy systems. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while promoting the company’s brand and values.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell all company products and services, with emphasis on Air Conditioning and Alternative Energy solutions
  • Manage new client enquiries and develop strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Assess client requirements and recommend appropriately sized and specified systems
  • Prepare and present accurate, competitive quotations
  • Secure new business while maintaining and growing existing client accounts
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery process
  • Represent and promote the company’s brand in a professional manner
  • Participate in internal and supplier-led training to maintain strong product knowledge

 

The successful individual will:

  • Work collaboratively within the Sales Team to achieve company objectives and deliver value to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations issued, and contracts secured on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Keep all product information, supplier documentation, and pricing up to date to ensure the best solutions are offered to clients
  • Uphold the company’s professional image, standards, and integrity at all times
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution, including order follow-ups and clear communication with clients regarding progress
  • Maintain and update the client database, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and shared where necessary
  • Prepare reports following client meetings and site visits
  • Follow up on all quotations within 48 hours; escalate any delays to the Sales Manager
  • Ensure continuity of work by delegating responsibilities when out of the office
  • Carry out any additional duties as required by management
