Our Client is a highly regarded developer of hospitality establishments throughout Malta. Due to ongoing projects a Mechanical and/or Engineering Manager is required to oversee design, procurement and development of a large project in Malta; overseeing contractors during construction and then overseeing maintenance thereafter. This is an excellent long term opportunity involving all stages of project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:
• Working with the construction management team to ensure that all M&E aspects of the project are considered and integrated into the construction plan.
• Coordinating maintenance during the construction phase
• Developing and maintaining a complete maintenance strategy for post construction
• Managing maintenance technicians
• Conducting facilities inspections and audits
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing the maintenance budget
• Maintaining detailed maintenance records

Talent will:
• Possess a minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Demonstrate a long history of undertaking maintenance management within construction or FM
• Ideally have experience in hospitality operations
• Have outstanding communication, leadership and problem solving skills

A Health & Safety Manager is now required to take full HS responsibility on a large construction site. This role will include the development and implementation of policies in accordance with legal and corporate requirement.

Responsibilities include:
