Ably Resources Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to join their client’s team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:

Our client is a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy providing high-quality design solutions to high-end projects throughout Malta and further afield. Undertaking projects from high-end retail establishments to 5* hotels. Due to a consistent increase in workload, a Site Supervisor is now required to join the expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Directing, supervising, and troubleshooting common issues that arise on site

• Assisting the Operations Manager with identifying the various phases of the project and planning accordingly; reading architectural and structural plans

• Assisting in the training of workers on site if required, to successfully complete projects

• Assigning duties and monitoring the progress of a project; keeping it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint

• Ensuring that workers are qualified and knowledgeable about their roles and assigning tasks according to their skillsets

• Issuing reports and progress updates when requested by management

• Organizing site logistics, planning and ordering of supplies, resources, equipment, and any raw material required on site; ensuring these are delivered on time

• Continuously checking works carried out with plans agreed upon to ensure the right quality and standards are met

• To use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other resources required for the project

• Ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field

• A proven track record in the delivery of large and complex projects

• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
