Our client is an ambitious organization offering integrated engineering solutions within marine, oil and gas offshore/ onshore, defence and yachting sectors. Due to increased work volume, they need a Site Project Engineer/ Naval Architect who will work alongside Project Manager.

Currently their activities are focused on ships and mega yachts. This will be a permanent position, based in in a shipyard in Northern Italy.

Your overall responsibility will be to coordinate the design and development activities carried out both on site and by third parties.

You will also verify specific technical requests from the Client and manage technical documentation required for construction.

You will liaise with the Project Manager (resident on site) as well as technical managers of the various disciplines both in the shipyard and in the engineering office.

We would like to hear from candidates who meet the following criteria:

 Degree in naval architecture, marine engineering or extensive working experience relevant to technical management in a shipyard

 Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience

 Professional use of MS Office suite and CAD visualization tools and 3D models is required
