Our Client is an established developer undertaking a major mixed use construction project in central Malta.

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is now required to work with the senior project team ensuring all aspects of contractual matters and site measurements are managed throughout the project timeline.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting accurate site measurements

• Verifying quantities and dimensions

• Working with site teams to ensure measurements align with project specifications

• Prepared cost estimates

• Monitoring budgets and providing cost reports

• Providing advice on cost saving opportunities

• Assisting with claim management and dispute resolution

• Providing cost performance report and financial forecasting reports

• Mentoring junior quantity surveyors

Talent will:

• Possess a minim Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a QS within the construction sector

• Preferably hold a professional membership

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
