We are looking for an experienced HR person with substantial knowledge of Project Scheduling and Malaysian Labour laws.

Our client is one of the biggest Oilfield Services companies in the world and is currently engaged in a massive construction project in the Persian Gulf.

Our client’s fabrication yards for the project are based in China with the main Engineering Services Office supporting the project located in central Kuala Lumpur.

Your duties in this role will be to; ensure administrative and contractual management, planning, scheduling, and all HR requirements for local and seconded personnel according to the law, national & international labour agreements, trade union agreements, and company guidelines & procedures.

You will plan, supervise, calculate & control labour costs and propose any corrective actions necessary as

resulting from the analysis.

You will be expected to ensure consistent application of the HR methodology system.
