JOB TITLE: HR COORDINATOR
Our client is a prestigious hotel in Sliema and due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, a HR Coordinator is now required to take responsibility of the daily administrative and HR duties within the organisation.
• Maintain and complete logs, employee and contractor logs
• Organize personnel records
• Update internal databases
• Reply to employees’ queries about HR-related issues
• Supporting with the employee engagement and termination process
• Ensures that all noticeboards are up-to-date and well organized
• To ensure that the standard telephone procedure is always adhered to
• Assist with any necessary preparation for in house training programmes
• Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Safety
• Administration work
• Assisting in coordination of company/unit events and encouraging staff participation
