Manage and lead the EPIC Tendering and Execution Phases for the Redevelopment Project – Subsea & Pipelines. Ensure successful project execution within cost, schedule, and Company Project Management Framework.

Responsibilities:

Lead the EPIC Phase for Offshore Redevelopment Project – Subsea & Pipelines.

Act as a company representative deputy in Contracts.

Develop project execution strategies and review Project Execution Plans.

Monitor project schedules and take action to meet milestones.

Manage Contracts and resolve contractual issues.

Assess and manage project risks, implementing mitigation plans.

Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with HSE and Project Quality Standards.

Contribute to budget preparation, review/approve Project AFEs/CBPs, and monitor budget performance.

Plan and allocate resources for the project.

Validate Contractor invoices and oversee project handover process.

Participate in project close-out and progress reporting.

Review and provide inputs for procedures and guidelines.

Supervise subordinate staff and provide support.

Lead the tendering process, from strategy to award.

Qualifications / Experience:

B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.

Minimum 15 years relevant project experience, including 10 years in Offshore oil & gas project management.

EPIC contract management experience for Offshore Oil and Gas Projects.

Proficient in tender preparation and process.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiar with HSE, QA/QC requirements, and international standards.

Hands-on experience with Subsea Pipelines, Umbilical’s, and Subsea Cables projects
