Custodian/Specialist (Petroleum Geoscience) – Basin & Petroleum System

We are looking to speak with Petroleum Geoscience (Basin & Petroleum System) professionals for Custodian/Specialist level roles with our prestigious Malaysian client, one of the biggest operators on the market.

These are expat positions on multiyear renewable contracts, with either single or family status supported.

Candidates should have extensive knowledge of petroleum economics and fiscal terms of the assigned region, be experienced in maturing new play type in all stages in exploration stage, and experience in block acquisition or farm-in/out exercise in various countries/regions.

Minimum 20 years’ experience in the exploration or development geology is essential, together with a Bachelor Degree in Geoscience (Geology/Geophysics/Earth Sciences). Professional qualification of advanced degree (MSc, PhD) will be an added advantage.
