Contracts Administrator
Our Client is the leading Building Services Contractor on Malta, also providing facilities management to a number of commercial, healthcare and educational facilities throughout the island.
Due to continued expansion, a Contracts Administrator is now required to work with the Facilities Maintenance Manager to:
• Monitor and supervise Facilities Management contracts, ensuring the CRM is updated regularly
• Liaise with Tewam Leaders to ensure work orders are handled and completed as per schedule
• Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure that all preventive maintenance is being planned and executed timely
• Attend customer premises or online meetings with clients as required
• Attend sites regularly as part of quality control measures and audits
• Assist Team Leaders with quotations when and as required
• Lead a team of technicians and maintenance technicians on specific projects
• Assist the department with technical issues and help technicians to resolve issues as required
Talent will:
• Be proficient with Microsoft applications
• Preferably have some experience in a similar role
• Potentially have some technical understanding
• Speak fluent English
• Be well organised with the ability to prioritise workload
