Ably Resources Limited in Malta are currently recruiting a Construction Bidding Executive to join their client’s team on a full-time basis within a leading civil engineering company in Malta.

Duties but will not be limited to:

• Estimating costs by reviewing project specifications

• Liaise with subcontractors and the procurement team to achieve the best rates available.

• Prepare accurate and competitive bids.

• Preparing detailed bid proposals

• Compiling reports including method statements and programme of works

• Deal with last-minute changes and adjustments

• Developing and maintaining relationships to manage and obtain new business

• Ensuring that all bids are prepared on time.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field

• A minimum of 5 years of experience of site management experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ACAD, and bidding software.
