Ably Resources have the privilege to be working with a well-established private sector client who value and invest in their employees. This role will be UK Wide

We are looking to speak with experienced Business Development Managers who have a passion to drive and produce results while maintaining excellent client relations.

Role responsibilities:

• Using your existing skills to develop and secure new business.

• Identify any potential leads to convert into sale opportunities.

• Proactively nurture and develop leads from initial contact to sales opportunity.

• Generate your own leads from social media, prospecting, attending events.

• Create and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to deliver against your set sales targets.

• Strong stakeholder management skills at senior level.

• Actively manage the sales process through strong qualification of Leads; requirements gathering; solution pitch; negotiation; close and handover to the wider business

• The desire to anticipate, meet and exceed the needs and expectations of Stakeholders. This includes working together and building long term relationships across different sites and locations.

• The ability to convince, persuade, influence or impress others towards a point of view, working collaboratively with others to gain agreement to a course of action, idea or future vision.

• Actively and successfully manage the sales process through credentials pitch; requirements gathering; solution pitch; negotiation; close and handover to the wider business.

• Work with your potential clients to create a strategic business plan for the relationship and the services the client can provide.
