Our client, a major operator in the O&G sector, are looking for a Budget Controller to join them at their main HQ in the Middle East.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing budget control services to the Engineering Dept which includes, but not limited to, processing CAPEX/OPEX budgets & AFE’s, invoices and asset capitalisation.

To be considered, applicants must have the following:

– a university/college degree in financial accounting or CPA, ACCA, CGMA, or equivalent

– at least 7 years’ relevant experience in project cost budget control

– working knowledge in SAP (e.g. PS, MM modules) is essential

– good knowledge of MS Office applications and database, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
