Our client, a well known, full service law firm, is looking to recruit a solicitor to join their banking team at the senior solicitor or associate level. As part of their banking team, the role will include reviewing, drafting, negotiating and advising on loan agreements, security documents and corporate funding documents, as well as providing banking advice to borrowers and funders, and providing banking transactional support to other teams when required. Applicants must have banking experience, have excellent communication skills and be keen to further advance their career. Salary will be dependent on experience.
