ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

Administration Manager urgently required to work under the guidance of the Lead Project Manager of prestigious luxury building project. The remit of this role will include all document control, office management, administration, accounting/bookkeeping, diary management and various logistical tasks.

Applicants will:

• Be fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)

• Possess a Graduate level Degree

• Be proficient with MS Office and preferably Electronic Document Management Systems

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills

• Show efficient time management capabilities

• Have experience of organising documents, filing systems etc

• Be able to multi-task in a busy environment

• Demonstrate sound administrative capability and/or document control experience

• Have previous experience working with cost & project management consultancy or main building contractor

• Be based in Brussels
