Accounts Clerk
Our client is a group of companies offering an array of reliable and quality building services and products to residential and commercial clients throughout Malta.
Due to continued expansion of the Accounts team, a Accounts Clerk is required to join the department on a full time basis in order to provide administrative support and undertake the following:
• Record transactions such as purchase invoices, sales invoices, payment and receipts into the Company’s Accounting system
• Prepare payroll data and perform the necessary checks on time sheets
• Prepare bank deposits and general ledger postings
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the department
Individuals will
• Be proficient with commonly used accounting software packages including spreadsheets
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others
• Be detail orientated with good accuracy and administrative skills
• Have excellent organisation skills
