Our client is a well known organisation based in Central Malta.

Due to growth within the Finance Division, an Accounts Clerk is now required to undertake:

• Data entry

• Recording and tracking of foreign purchase orders which will relate to relate stores and shipping documentation

• Updating sales prices for stock items in Shireburn

• Updating and maintaining Service Agreement records

• Working out sales commissions

• Attending to periodical stocktakes and associated analyses

• Assisting in payables and receivables processing

• Performance of various analyses as required

Applicants will:

• Have a mature outlook

• Possess a minimum of Advanced level in Accounts

• Demonstrate solid experience in accounting

• Preferable have a good working knowledge of Shireburn accounting software

• Be fully proficient with MS Excel and other MS Office software

This role will be suited to an individual with excellent attention to detail who communicates well within a team.
