Project Manager / Resident Engineer

Our Client is a respected and well established Architectural Practice based in Dubai, UAE. A Project Manager or highly experienced ... Resident Engineer is now required to manage the delivery of a £50m 5 star hotel in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a project with 36 month construction duration and will therefore require applicants willing to commit to this length of time. Further projects will be available with the company upon completion, making this a permanent opportunity.
Applicants will ideally be from a civil engineering background but have good knowledge of MEP and Architectural sectors in order to manage local subcontractors. Site applicants from a consultancy background would be preferred but this is not essential. Those successful for interview will generally have experience working on large scale projects in the Middle East or Africa.
Our Client offers a remuneration package including tax free salary, housing, driver, full security and a very generous bonus which could go to £18K per annum.
